Supercar Distributors For Sale

A distributor is a mechanical or electronic device that distributes the spark from the ignition coil to the spark plugs in a car's engine. In supercars, distributors are typically mechanical devices that use a rotating arm to distribute the spark. The distributor is located on the top of the engine and is connected to the camshaft. As the camshaft rotates, it turns the distributor arm, which in turn rotates the distributor rotor.

The distributor rotor has a series of contacts that connect to the spark plugs. When the rotor passes a contact, it sends a spark to the corresponding spark plug. The distributor is responsible for ensuring that the spark plugs fire at the correct time in the combustion cycle. This is important for ensuring that the engine runs smoothly and efficiently. If the distributor fails, the engine will not start or will run poorly.

We have been shipping prestige supercar distributors worldwide since 1985 and have decades of knowledge to share and huge stocks on hand so we can help you quickly get the part you need.
